It was an excellent base for sightseeing in Grand Rapids. We had a silent and modern room with a balcony and everything was perfect. The hotel was fancy and upscale. We met exceptionally nice and pleasant staff on the 2nd shift.

Smoke detector beeped all night. Could not sleep at all. I reported the problem before 7 am the next morning, and was told it would be fixed. I returned to the room at 8 pm the next day and it was still beeping!!!!!! I called the front desk again and they sent up a maintenance man. He removed the smoke detector and said he would return with a new battery.........never saw him again. We did not hear the beeping, but we sure heard the dog in the adjacent room barking!!! Went to bed praying that there would not be a fire because we hadno smoke alarm. Horrible. Wifi was super slow. No breakfast, unless you order room service. However, they did not deliver early enough on the weekend. Would not stay there again.

Unbeatable location near good food places and entertainment. Easy to get around. Large bathroom. Balcony and a couch in the room. I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a great bed, large bathroom, balcony, and a couch. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to good food places and entertainment nearby. It was also convenient to get around the area. I also appreciated the close proximity to the Crowne Plaza Grand Rapids and various restaurants.

Room service-food was great. Clean. Service-checking in/out was quick. Housekeeping cleaned up nicely. Extras-shampoo, conditioner, lotions-essential oils-were great!
No refrigerator/microwave. We didn't have anything to heat up or refrigerate, but would have been a good option.

The room with the balcony was great. The service was excellent. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to malls, restaurants like Panera Bread and Starbucks, and shops. Enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The shower pressure wasnt comfortable and could not adjust. One of the beds in our room was sunk in and not comfortable at all.
